Return an Item

With the exception of non-returnable items, all unopened products purchased at Betty Mills may be returned within 30 days from original purchase date. Under most circumstances, return shipping expenses are paid for by the customer.

Please contact us or call toll free at 800-238-8964, and provide us with the details of any dissatisfaction you have with your order.


Return Authorization (RA)

You will need a Return Authorization (RA) number from Betty Mills before you can ship an item back to us. Shipping the item without an RA number from Betty Mills may delay your refund. To obtain an RA number, simply fill out the Return Authorization Form.

You will be required to ship the product(s) to the specific return address we provide to you, otherwise your refund may be delayed.

Preparing Your Return Shipment
Please ship the item that you are returning in its original box, but most importantly only write the RA number on the return shipping label or on a separate sheet of paper affixed to the box. Writing the RA number directly onto the box generally is not a good practice and typically leads to delays in processing times.

Shipping Suggestions to Expedite Your Credit
We highly recommend that you ship the item back using UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package in transit is vital for you to ensure that it does not become lost and that it reaches its destination. Once the item reaches the warehouse your credit will be issued.

In general, it takes approximately 10 business days for the warehouse to receive the item you have shipped and for the refund to be issued. It is Betty Mills' policy to issue the refund using the same payment method with which the order was placed.

In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents. Items not in their original condition are not returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:


Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.


Returns are not accepted for the following items: mattresses, medicines, first-aid items, opened or used medical items or devices, food, special order items, beverages and any perishable items.
