Do you accept purchase orders on net terms or checks?
Betty Mills does accept purchase orders and will grant net terms accounts to qualifying businesses and organizations. If you already have a completed credit application from your organization, please email it to us at support@bettymills.com or fax it to us at 650-341-1888. Otherwise you can download our Credit Application here. For fastest turnaround, please fax or email your initial purchase order with your credit application.

If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, simply add items to your Betty Mills shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail to our address above with your check or money order payable to The Betty Mills Company. What is the Sales Tax?
Sales tax is only charged to California Residents. All other states pay no sales tax.

What locations does Betty Mills ship to?
We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Generally we do not ship internationally or to AK, HI or PR. Note: Please use a physical address as we cannot shop to a P.O. Box.

What shipping charges should I expect?
Shipping charges are clearly displayed in your shopping cart during the checkout process.

What should I expect to receive my delivery?
Shipping times vary by product category, but generally you can expect to see your delivery within the stated time frames indicated below.  If an item is designated as a special order item, the lead time will be indicated on the product detail page on our website.

Do you accept APO/FPO orders?
APO/FPO orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Betty Mills will charge actual cost of the freight from the U.S. Post Office to the domestic APO/FPO destination. Please be advised that you will be contacted by customer support in regards to the additional freight that may be applicable. Tracking information and insurance is not available. Final delivery of the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Betty Mills is not able to ship liquid or aerosol products to APO/FPO locations. APO orders can take up to 3 weeks for processing depending on the purchase. Please contact our Customer Service department to find out exact shipping times. International shipments require a forwarding carrier, please contact our Customer Service for more information.
